- Assistance with Employee Questions about their benefits
- Claims Resolution - If an employee has any questions pertaining
to their medical claims, we will assist in answering those
questions. We will aid the employee in claim resolution and claim
appeals.

- COBRA Administration - We will process all COBRA letters and
answer any employee questions concerning COBRA.
